It's 29.6.2009, Monday.
I'm a 26 year old Finnish lady with not so good english, but please try to understand me :)
This is my story about losing weigth with low carb Atkins.
No rice, no carbs, no potatoes, no bread, no sweets, no sugar etc.
Lots of meat, vegetables, water, vitamins, butter and fat :)
Now my BMI (Body Mass Index) is 30,5.
I'm 5,3ft tall and my weight is about 175lbs. I'm hoping to weight 125lbs someday, so it means -50lbs total!
I'm going to write about my feelings and so on quite often, send pictures, so please visit my blog again soon!
